![]() ![]() I'm incredibly proud to see the hard work they're putting into their people, and equally proud of the care and service their people in turn provide our patients. Not only have they jumped on board this fast moving train, they've taken measures to extend themselves to their teams, through meaningful action, active listening, and honest discussions. Recently, management was fully restructured with highly talented and driven individuals having seen the intensive amount of effort poured into searching for the right people to fill these seats, I can truly appreciate the heavy lift they've taken in grabbing their respective reigns to help drive us in the right direction. From day one, I was supported by management across the board, each of whom happily took the time to sit and help me understand a task, function, or process nothing was off limits in regards to how something worked and everything was thoroughly explained to ensure I was equipped with the right tools and knowledge to best perform my duties. That was about 8 months ago, and since then, I feel I've become part of a solid foundation within the company. Having had no prior experience within the healthcare industry, it was a daunting thought to dive into an organization whose management structure was in flux at the time. If you are looking to join this organization, make a point to really understand the positives and negatives and make your own decision. On the flip side of this coin, company management is SO focused on growth that there is no attempt to build a solid foundation which leads to constant direction-changing and chaos that becomes exhausting to handle on a daily basis. The compensation and benefits are subpar, but because it is such a small company in an extremely growth-focused stage, you can learn a lot and be exposed to challenging situations that help you grow tremendously. There are really no efforts made by company leadership to appreciate or recognize employees, employees are not given the tools they need to succeed at their role, and as a result most people feel burnt out and overworked. However, in my opinion, employees really are not valued, no matter how much company leadership claims that this is not the case. The therapy that the company provides has a lot going for it, and I believe really is a benefit to patients. The company has a strong and meaningful mission as well as some really great, dedicated individuals working towards that mission.
